🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt for your records.

📦 Damaged / Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
